We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Item must not have any stains, damage, perfume, or signs of use

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the product.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or made-to-order dresses
Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance
Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
Once your return request is received, our team will review it within 1–2 business days
If approved, we will provide return instructions
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
We will offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement (if available), or
Full refund (including shipping)
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible as the order enters processing
